Ekfraseis Winery, founded in 2013 in the village of Chandria in the province of Limassol, is the personal winemaking project of Christos Vassiliades. Since 2024, the winery has focused exclusively on the creation of the philosophical wine collection Anima Vini.

Anima Vini is a limited-production series of wines, where each label draws its meaning from a fundamental philosophical concept and seeks to express the dialogue between taste, experience, and the human search for meaning. These are wines that do not aim to impress, but rather to convey quiet intensity, discreet complexity, and authentic expression.

The winery is located at an altitude of approximately 4,000 feet, at the foothills of Mount Madari, within one of the highest-altitude viticultural environments in Europe. The estate-owned vineyards and the intermediate mountain climate impart to the Anima Vini wines a distinctive character, elegance, and clarity of expression.
